Nominal current: 2 to 3 Amp, typical resistance: 20 mOhm, standard spring force: 1.0 Newton (alternatives available: 1.5 N and 2.0 N), recommended minimum centers: 1.91 mm (75 thou), recommended mounting hole size: 1.36-1.40 mm (press-ring inside the bore) 1.29-1.30 (press-ring outside the bore), minimum test point size: 0.8 mm (0.6 mm with guide plate), recommended operating stroke: 5.0 mm (6.4 mm maximum). Materials. Barrel: gold plated nickel silver. Spring: gold plated steel. Plunger: beryllium copper or gold plated steel or nickel plated steel. Receptacle: gold plated nickel silver or gold plated brass.

Collar Height and Extension Height
Receptacles with Press Rings are available for adjustment of the extension height of the tip. The Receptacles can be inserted up to the Press Ring or together with the Press Ring into the bore. Alternatively, Receptacles are available with machined collars for extension heights of 10.5 mm and 13.0 mm.

Collar Height 00 = Standard Probe as supplied
Collar Height 03 = Extension Height of 10.5 mm
Collar Height 05 = Extension Height of 13.0 mm

To order a probe with an alternative collar height, substitute the "00" at the end of the probe Order Part Number with the collar height code above.
